Ingrediente pentru caramel: 200 g de zahar si 2 kg de mere plus un zahar vanilat.
Ingrediente la piscot: 4 oua, 4 linguri de zahar si 4 linguri de faina. Un pic praf de copt stins cu sucul de la o lamaie.
Pentru sirop: 1 lingura de zahar in 100 ml apa, ecnd se raceste se adauga rom sau cu ce doresti sa insiropezi. Sau poti sa folosesti sucul de la compot,
