Here is the detailed recipe of cheese balls:

RECIPE
1. Take 2 boiled mashed potatoes, add one fourth of boiled sweet corn, half chopped onion, half chopped tomato, chopped green chili along with 1 tbsp kashmiri red mirch, half tbsp salt, half tbsp coriander powder, half tbsp garam masala and bread crumbs.
2. Mix all together.
3. Take a small portion of it and add mozzarella cheese in between. Roll and make balls.
4. Dip in slurry(2 tbsp of corn flour , 1 tbsp maida and water).
5. Coat with bread crumbs.
6. Fry in hot oil.
7. Your cheesy balls is ready. Enjoy.
