Yogurt - 1/3 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1/3 cup

For rice:

Rice - 3 cup
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Ginger and garlic - 1 and half tbls
Water - 5 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Salt
Rose water - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbls
Green chillies - 6/7 ta
Fried onions/ bereshta - 1/2 cup
