Amish Style Whoopie Pie Recipe

I make two different versions of whoopie pie, but this is the traditional type that most people see if they were to go to the Pennsylvania Dutch areas. The other version that I make, I'll be posting very soon, which is the version I've been using for over a decade that my friends and family ask me to make for them! It is the Mennonite version ;)
