Here are some great exercises to do before and after long walks to help you avoid tightness or niggles and make them even more beneficial!

It's great to get outside for fresh air, get some time in nature and see some cool stuff, but sometimes walks can leave you with stiff ankles, tight hips or and achey lower back.

Luckily! Combatting these things don't required a fancy 30 minute prehab session, and you don’t have to get a sweat on, just add in these few exercises before & after and you'll feel awesome.

Try them out and get hiking!
