Deep Fried Coca Cola

DEEP-FRIED COCA-COLA 🥤

1 1/2 Cups Coca Cola
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Sugar
3 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
Vegetable Oil for Frying
Confectioners Sugar

In a large bowl beat eggs super well and add coca-cola and sugar. Combine. In a second bowl sift 2 cups of flour and add baking powder and salt. Mix Super well before adding to coca cola mixture. Add more flour if needed to get a smooth batter. (Not too thick!) Heat oil to 350 and drop scoops of coca-cola batter inside. Fry until golden, drain on paper towels, and serve with confectioners sugar. Enjoy!
