This center is located at 871 Hamilton Avenue, Menlo Park, CA. This location was supposed to close at 5:30pm, but as you can see the doors were locked and closed to the public before closing time. Officer Matthew Castillo was trying to go around letting me into the public area of the office. Once inside, Officer P. Fhu Badge #14437 tried to tell me I could not record past their desk, I then informed him of the law and continued to record. It is our first amendment right to record anything we can see from public, they cannot trespass my eyes or make a legal activity suspicious. Thanks for watching.
