Ever since our Camino pilgrimage in 2017 from Valenca to Santiago De Compostela we have wanted to return to walk along the coast. We booked our trip in 2020 and had taken long service leave to achieve, two weeks before we were to fly out the whole world changed as a result of Covid 19. We wondered if we would ever get back to fulfil our Camino dream. During April 2024 we were able to use the Easter term break (School holidays) to finally walk the Coastal route from Labruje in Portugal to Baiona in Spain.
