तळलेल्या डाळीसाठी | For Frying Daal 
• आखा मसूर १ कप | Whole Black Masoor 1 Cup
• बेकिंग सोडा १/२ tsp | Baking Soda ½ tsp

• शेंगदाणे I Peanut 
• मगज बी १/४ कप | Melon Seeds ¼ Cup
• काजूच्या पाकळ्या १५-२० | Cashews Slices 15-20
• बदामाचे काप १५-२० | Almond Slices 15-20
• तळण्यासाठी  तेल | Oil For Frying 
शेवेसाठी | For Making Shev Recipe
• बेसन २ कप | besan 2 Cups
• मीठ चवीनुसार | Salt to taste
• हळद २ चिमटी | Turmeric 2 pinch
• तेल १ tbsp | Oil 1 tbsp
• पाणी १/२ कप अंदाजे | Water ½ cup approx
मसाले | Masale 
• काळं मीठ १/२ tsp | Black Salt ½ tsp
• मीठ चवीनुसार १/२ tsp | Salt to ½ tsp
• आमचूर १/२ tsp | Dry Mango Pw ½ tsp
• गरम मसाला पावडर १/४ tsp | Garam Masala ¼ tsp
• भाजलेल्या जिऱ्याची पूड १/२ tsp | Roasted Cumin pw ½ tsp
• धने पूड १/२ tsp | Coriander pw ½  tsp
• हिंग २ चिमटी | Asafoetida 2 pinch
• बेडगी मिरची पावडर १ tsp | Kashmiri red chilly pw 1 tsp

Today we are going to see a very simple, easy to make at home Kurkurit Namkeen recipe. It is most famous among Marwari people. This is the best option to give kids at home during vacations or you can carry them while traveling. Generally very few people make this at home, thinking it is very difficult to make. Let's see how to make market style,  Masoor Dal Namkeen or farsan recipe in simple steps.

How to Make Daal Moth Recipe | Farsan Recipe | 
How To Fry Daal - 03:11 08:40
• Wash the whole masoor 2-3 times, add water & baking soda to the washed masoor & soak it for 7-8 hrs or overnight.
• Strain the excess water from the soaked masoor, spread a thin layer onto a cotton cloth & shadow dry under the fan for 30-40 minutes.
• Once done, heat up oil for frying, when oil is moderately hot, keep the flame high, add a handful of the soaked masoor, you will see bubbles at the top for a minute, turn the heat to medium & fry daal until it floats on the oil. Then take the fried out onto a strainer to remove excess oil from the daal.

• Into a bowl take all the masalas & mix then really well
How to Make Crispy Shev for Namkeen 04:15, 06:52
• Into a bowl, sieve the besan using a sifter, add salt, turmeric, oil & mix well, add some water to make soft dough
• Cover &  let the dough sit for 10 minutes, Apply some oil onto the palm &  inside the shev mold. Fill the dough into the mold & close the lid
• Once oil is medium hot, keep the gas flame to medium, & drop the thin layer of shev, fry until crispy
• Take the fried shev out & allow it to cool down

• Chop the cashew & almond into slices as shown in the video. 
• Fry cashews, almonds ,melon seeds one by one & take them out.  
How to assemble Namkeen 11:25
• Allow all the fried ingredients to cool down.
• Then into a flat & large mixing bowl or parat or plate, add fried daal, some masala & mix well
• Add shev & some masala & mix.
• Next add fried nuts & some masala, mix well
• Once mixed everything  together, our delicious Dalmoth / Namkeen recipe is ready, allow it to cool down & store into an airtight container
