羊肉萝卜汤的做法
不腥不膻:温水清洗、温水浸泡、焯水去浮沫
汤汁鲜白:1. 三放三不放(放白芷、肉蔻、小茴香,不放八角、桂皮、丁香,)2. 先大火煮30分钟
羊肉软烂:小火炖1小时

食材
羊肉 2磅900克
白萝卜 500克
温水 3000毫升
大葱 80克
姜片 80克
白芷 1片
肉蔻 1粒
小茴香 1/4茶匙
盐 1茶匙

做法
1. 将羊肉切块,温水洗清、温水浸泡2小时、焯水去血沫后,再洗清
2. 放入3.5倍的温水中,煮沸后继续大火煮30分钟,然后小火炖1个小时
3. 放入白萝卜块,中火炖煮20分钟,加盐
