You are looking at Magnetic Hill, a popular Optical Illusion spot at Moncton, Canada. Its a short fun ride, and you roll down from a hill towards a white marker, put your car in neutral and take your foot of brake.
You will notice your car will start moving back, essentially climbing up the hill, resulting in the Optical Illusion.
We did a fun experiment with basket ball and the ball did roll back and climbed the hill. Kids will have good time here.
