This engaging presentation is led by Toby Stoff, Dunedin Branch Manager for Clark Fortune & McDonald. Toby has a Bachelor of Surveying (credit) from Otago University, became a Registered Surveyor in 1995 and has 29 years of experience in surveying and land development engineering. Along with working on iconic projects in the South Island such as Mt Cardrona Station, Toby has extensive experience on international projects. Toby is a seasoned Land Development Engineer who has won S+SNZ Awards for his excellence and contribution to the Industry.

Toby is one of the founding Certified Professional Land Development Engineers (CPLDEng) under the new S+SNZ National Certification Framework.
