Roasted Vegetables Recipe in Oven

Believe it or not, it's very easy to roast vegetables while also making them tasty. First, choose your veggies and cut, slice and clean them. when you're done, add them to an oven safe baking dish and season with olive oil, garlic, salt, Black pepper, and thyme.

Make sure everything is well coated so they can be as flavorful as possible. Then let the oven do the rest of the work for you at 420 degrees for up to an hour. Once they start getting a deep brown color, your veggies are ready. I recommend setting the broiler at the end for extra color.
