Samp and Lamb Recipe | Perfect for cold weather |South African Recipe

Hi guys


For this recipe you will need :


Samp preparations - cook on medium high setting 4
2 cups samp( cooked in 5 cups water ) you can also use the samp and beans mix
2 stock cubes ( i used beef stock )

Lamb preparation
500g lamb chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 stock cube ( I used need )
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon curry powder
Salt
100g tomato paste
Water - 2 cups
4 medium potatoes chopped

Note : the longer samp sits in sauce the more it will absorb the sauce .
