Ingredients
For the Crinkles:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil (I use canola oil)
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp red gel food color (or 1/2 tsp liquid food color)

For the Cream cheese filling:
Half bar cream cheese (half cup or 125 grams)
5 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp milk (*optional to loosen up consistency)

*Cooking time may vary depending on the heat of your oven/oven toaster and the texture of crinkle that you like (chewy or crumbly)

As for my ovens:
*Oven toaster - 5 minutes (shorter time due to higher uncontrolled temperature)
*Regular oven - 7 minutes
