Homemade Farfalle from scratch | Butterfly pasta

If you want to know how to make farfalle pasta from scratch, you should watch this video. Farfalle means butterfly in Italian but this pasta shape is also known as bow tie pasta. I am explaining step by step how you make bow tie pasta without using a pasta machine. This easy recipe includes a dough recipe and a creamy sauce made of cheese, spinach, mushrooms and caramelised onions. You don't have to do the sauce like I'm doing, you could also just serve it with your favourite sauce.

● FLOUR (all purpose) 1 1/4 cups | 200 grams | 7 oz

● OLIVE OIL 1/2 teaspoon
● SALT 1/4 teaspoon
● SPINACH
sauce
● RED ONION 1
● GARLIC 1 clove
● MUSHROOMS 6-8 medium size | 225 grams | 8 oz
● SPINACH 3 cups | 100 grams | 3.5 oz
● OLIVE OIL a bit
● COOKING CREAM or SINGLE CREAM 1/4 cup | 60 ml | 2 fl oz
● SALT a bit
● PEPPER to taste
● PARMESAN CHEESE 1/4 cup | 25 grams | 4 tablespoons
