Let's make this amazing extra cheesy chicken mushroom sandwich 🤩

But before we start, there is no exact measurements for the ingredients in this recipes. It really depends on how many sandwiches you're going to make.
But I'll tell what I used, and then you can add more or less.

Take 4 skinless chicken breast, and chop them into thin slices.

Add:
1 tbsp of onion
1 tbsp of all purpose chicken seasoning
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste
A drizzle of olive oil
(You can add sriracha sauce or cayenne pepper if you like it spicy 😉)

Mix it all well till everything combines together.

Now, chop 200 g of your preferred type of mushrooms into slices.
In a frying pan or skillet, add some olive oil, and throw in your sliced mushrooms.

Add:
1 tbsp of onion powder
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste

Remove from heat once the mushrooms are tender and seared.

In another frying pan, add some olive oil.
Add you're chopped chicken once frying pan is hot.

Once your chicken is fully cooked, add your cooked mushrooms on top and mix it well with the chicken.

No, add your favorite types of cheese...
I added mozzarella cheese and American cheese.

Turn off heat and cover it for a couple minutes to allow the cheese to melt over the chicken and mushroom.

In a bowl, mix melted butter and oregano.
And grab your favorite bread and brush the butter mixture on both side of the bread and toast over a skillet or over.

Add some mayonnaise and ketchup.
Then, add the chicken mushroom mix on top.

You can add other toppings as you like.
