Follow along to release tight hamstrings and glutes with this beginner friendly stretch routine you can do at home. This routine can improve flexibility in under 20 minutes helping to increase range of motion during workouts and reduce tightness related injury risks. This mobility routine also includes stretches for the piriformis and lower back which are common problem areas. This is a great stretch to do post workout or on a rest / recovery day.
