✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
For Moth
Moth Bean(मोठ) - 300 Gram
Water(पानी) - Some
Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/2 Tsp
Cashew Nuts(काजू) - Some
Almonds(बादाम) - Some
Melon Seeds(तरबूज-खरबूज के बीज) - Some
Oil(तेल) - For Frying
For Masala
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1 Spoon
Black Salt(काला नमक) - Some
Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - Some
For Sev
Gram Flour(बेसन) - 300 Gram
Salt(नमक) - Some
Oil(तेल) - 2 Spoon
Water(पानी) - As Required
Yellow Food Color(पीला खाद्य रंग) - Some
Oil(तेल) - For Frying
Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1/4 Bowl
Water(पानी) - As Required
Green Food Color(हरा भोजन रंग) - Some
Salt(नमक) - Some
✍🏻RECIPE:
For Masala, take a bowl, put Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Chat Masala, Black Salt & Roasted Cumin Powder. Mix them all well and keep them.
In a bowl take some Moth Beans, put some Water, and some Baking Soda, and mix it well. Cover it and keep it for 6-8 hours, then wash it properly. Then put the soaked dal on the dry napkin and wipe it properly. Keep the kadhai on the flame, put some oil and fry the Dal on a high flame and make it crispy. Then put the Masala on it.
For Sev: In a big bowl, put Gram Flour, Salt, Oil, Water & Yellow Food Color and mix it well. Take a Sev Machine, grease it with Oil, and apply some Oil on your hands take some part of the dough, put it in the Sev Machine, and make the Sev in the heated Oil. Don’t stir it for a few seconds and then fry the Sev. In this way, Crispy and Tasty Spinach Sev will get ready.
For Green Sev: In a big bowl, put Gram Flour, Salt, Oil, Water & Green Food Color and mix it well. Then take any plastic polythene & make a tiny hole in the corner. Firstly, check it with the Water & then put the Batter into it & make the Sev. Flip and fry them in medium-heated Oil until they get golden in color or crunchy. Take out the fried Sev on a steel jali to remove excess oil.
Take big steel Parat Put Fried Moth, Yellow Sev, Green Sev, Fried Cashew, Almond, Melon Seeds, and Masala, and mix them well. Tasty Dal Moth Namkin will get ready in this way. Enjoy it for a long time by keeping it in an airtight jar.
