METHOD OF USE

K-SOFT should be applied in a spiral with 50 % overlap, from the base of the toes to just below the
knee. K SOFT may be used to reshape the leg if necessary and can be used for extra protection of
bony prominences.
K-LITE should be applied in a spiral with 50% overlap, from toe to knee. Once in place, the bandage
may be fastened in place by tape as appropriate.
K-PLUS should be applied in a figure of eight with 50 % stretch and 50 % overlap using the pale blue
line as guidance. .
Ko-FLEX should be applied in a spiral at 50 % stretch with 50 % overlap. Due to its cohesive nature,
retains its position without tape. Ko-FLEX has a dual role, performing a retention function whilst
providing the extra compression required for therapeutic treatment.
