Synth Stuff Ep. 74 - Roland JX-3P

Описание к видео Synth Stuff Ep. 74 - Roland JX-3P

What is this, like the fourth Roland synth episode in a row? Anyway, the JX3P is kind of a bizarre synth. The sound is similar a Juno, but with some added modulation capabilities, two DCOs per voice, osc sync, etc. However, as you can see, getting to those parameters is about as much fun as programming a calculator. Not the best, but by far not the worst editing. Presumably, this was aimed to performers, not programmers. If you can find the elusive PG200 programmer, you'll have much more fun. The JX3P is a great way to get some Juno vibes for less money, so I recommend it if that's what you're after and don't mind the less immediate programming interface. Plus it's cool hearing a "Juno" with osc sync or S&H filter modulation.
