INGREDIENTS

750 g mixed minced meat
60 g stale bread
250/300 ml milk
3 spoons bread crumbs
3 spoon 00 flour
a whole egg
100 g grated cheese
1 pinch of salt
1 level teaspoon of parsley
pepper to taste
half a teaspoon garlic powder or fresh to taste
sunflower oil
ready tomato sauce
3 basil leaves

How about trying to make these delicious and soft meatballs? Suitable as a sauce for spaghetti, appetizer, finger food or main course, they will make everyone happy, adults and children. I recommend that you use mixed minced meat (beef and pork) because the meatballs will be tastier, so don’t overdo it with eggs otherwise they will lose their internal softness. Meatballs should be fried in plenty of seed oil and the flame does not have to be high, in order to avoid that they are cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. They are easy to make and you will be enthusiastic! :)
