US declassifies report on Russia's objectives in its war with Ukraine

The stakes are high for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as he visited the nation's capital today hoping to make the case for more aid.

A foreign aid package with money allocated to both Ukraine and Israel now sits in limbo. Republican leaders are saying they want tougher security policies added to the bill before they'll even vote on it.

President Biden joined Zelenskyy for a news conference late this afternoon. Both doubling down on their plea to lawmakers to pass the proposed piece of legislation saying that freedom is on the line.

Zelenskyy’s visit also took place just as the US declassified a report on Russia's wartime goals and its losses.
