Ingredients for stuffing-
Butter- 1 tsp
Garlic- 3-4 pods
Onion- 1/2 piece
Capsicum- 1/2 piece
Carrot- 1/2 piece
Green chillies- 2
Salt- 1 tsp
Sweet corn- 1/2 cup
Paneer- 50 gms
Oregano seasoning- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp

Recipe 2: No Fry Kachori-
Ingredients-
Pea pearls- 1.5 cups or 250 gms
Boondi- 1 cup or bhuna chana flour- 1/2 cup
Green chillies- 3-4
Ginger- 1 inch
Salt- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Mango powder- 2 tsp
Chopped coriander- handful

Ingredients for dough-
Water- 1 cups
Salt- 1 tsp
cumin- 1 tsp
Chilli flakes- 1 tsp
White sesame seeds- 1 tbsp
Cooking oil- 2 tsp
Green chillies- 2
Coriander leaves- Handful
Semolina- 2 cups

Recipe 3: Stuffed Idli-
Ingredients for stuffing-
Cooking oil- 1 tbsp
Garlic- 4 cloves
Ginger- 1 inch
Green chillies- 2
Onion- 1
Carrot- 1
Capsicum- 1
Salt- 1 tsp
Green peas (boiled)- 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder- 1/3 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Pav bhaji masala- 2 tsp
Potato (boiled)- 3 (250 gms)
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh coriander- handful
Idli batter- 1/2 litre
Garnish- gun powder/red chilli powder

Recipe 4: Pinwheel Paratha-
Ingredients-
Wheat flour- 1 cup
Gram flour- 1/3 cup
Salt- 1 tsp
Spinach- 250 gms
Cooking oil- 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for stuffing-
Beetroot- 1 small
Potato (boiled)- 2
Onion (chopped)- 2 tbsp
Green chillies- 2
Fresh coriander- handful
Salt- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Mango powder- 1 tsp
