GBO2 Zaku II Dozle Zabi Custom: It one combos raids!

Описание к видео GBO2 Zaku II Dozle Zabi Custom: It one combos raids!

This video contains two matches I had with the recently released LV1 Dozle Zabi Zaku II on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 300-450 cost general with instant knockdown melee, heavy stagger melee, incredible melee damage, high melee priority, Offence System alongside powerful hand grenades. Its major weaknesses include poor walking speed, poor thrust capacity, poor stun accumulation alongside lacking a dodge roll. I was having the absolute worst luck with this suit, but I got lucky with these two matches back to back, managing to play on Arctic Base against teams consisting mostly of other Dozle Zakus. I hope that you enjoy watching!

Its primary weapon is a bazooka with 1600 power, 6 ammo, 7.4 seconds cooldown, 17.5 seconds reload, 2 seconds swap time, 325m range and 80% stagger value. This is the same bazooka that the Dom uses. It has fairly high damage per shot but suffers from long reload time and long cooldown time.
Its primary melee weapon is a large heat hawk with 2800 power, 5 seconds cooldown, 1 second swap time and standard modifiers. This has very long cooldown time and long swap time, it also cannot combo swings together. In return, it has the ability to instantly knock enemies over with regular swings, and its extremely high base power allows it to do great damage if you can land a downswing.
Its first sub weapon is an enhanced cracker grenade with 1800 power, 3 ammo, 2 seconds cooldown, 12 seconds reload, 1 second swap time and 50% stagger value. These are really incredible grenades for 300 cost, you usually only see grenades this good starting at around 550 cost. They can do quite a fair bit of damage if you just throw them into groups of enemies.
Its second sub weapon is the suits bare hands with 1900 power, 2 seconds cooldown, 0.5 second swap time and 100% side swing modifier. This has short range, but it benefits from having a much more practical moveset than other suits that use their bare hands as a melee weapon. Neutral and side swings heavy stagger. You can actually infinite stunlock enemies just by neutral swinging over and over, you don't even need to boost. This is a bit of a meme combo since it is easy to interrupt though.

The LV1 Dozle Zabi Zaku II has 15000 HP, 7 ballistic/beam resist and 20 melee resist. It has really high HP for a 300 cost general, this makes it hard to quickly take down once you also consider that it has good melee resistance. It lacks Emergency Evasion, but gets LV1 Maneuver Armor. This makes it quite vulnerable to stunlocks. It is a poor combo for 300 cost, where many suits have excellent stagger accumulation.
In terms of mobility it has 115 walking speed, 185 boosting speed, 50 thrust and 63 turning speed. It has quite high boosting and turning speed for this cost, but really suffers when it comes to thruster capacity and walking speed. This is especially bad since you rely entirely on Maneuver Armor to defend yourself, less thrust means that you won't be using MA for as long as other suits can.
It has access to a unique skill called LV1 Spike Tackle. This buffs your tackle damage to 1320, which on its own is not super special. However, it also totally ignores the enemies melee resistance, and against knocked over enemies, it deals 80% more damage, making it overall more damaging than this things fist downswing.

In conclusion, while I feel that this suit is really fun, it has way too many awful match-ups to be considered strong. MA is nice for resisting instant stuns, but it may as well not exist if you are fighting a suit that mostly deals with accumulation stagger. Efreet, Armored GM (BA), Zaku Marine Type and Aqua GM all eat this thing for breakfast, it is hellish to try and 1v1 them. The general TB Acguy also makes this thing awful to play, it can kite you forever and just shoot you to death. Its only real use is for nuking enemies with its ridiculous melee damage, but you can't actually do that if you just get constantly interrupted. It might be a little different at 400 and 450 cost, it has much improved mobility at those costs, so it isn't as difficult as it is as 300 and 350 cost. I am not gonna spend another 90 tokens just to find out though. Thanks for watching and I hope that you enjoyed it!
