Cabbage salad

Cabbage, (पत्ता गोभी), Shredded - 6 cups/600 gms
Apple (सेब), sliced - 1 pc
Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp
Vinegar/lemon juice (सिरका/नींबू का रस) - ¼ cup
Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - a pinch

Dressing:

Oil (तेल) - 3 tbsp
Mustard Seeds (सरसों के बीज) - 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli (सुखी लाल मिर्च) - 4 pc
Urad Dal (उड़द दाल) - 1 tbsp
Chana Dal (चना दाल) - 1 tbsp
Ginger (अदरक), chopped - 2 tsp
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च), slit - 2 pcs
Curry Leaves (करी पत्ता) - a handful
Yoghurt (दही), hung - ½ cup a little less than that
Coriander (धनिया), chopped - 2 tsp
