Samcan goreng Hakka ini dibuat dengan cara memarinasi samcan dengan tahu fermentasi merah dan bahan lainnya yang kemudian dilapisi tepung maizena dan di goreng.
Sambal matah berasal dari Bali, bahan utamanya cabai, bawang merah dan bahan lainnya kemudian disiram dengan minyak kelapa panas.
Kalo keduanya bertemu, dijamin nasi sepiring ga cukup..berikut resepnya

Marinasi
400 gr samcan tanpa kulit
1 kotak tahu merah dan 1.5 sdm airnya
1 sdm Minyak wijen
1 sdm shaoxing wine
1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
1 sdt gula
1 sdt bawang putih ulek halus
1 telur
1/4 sdt baking soda
1 sdt kaldu jamur
1 tbsp tepung maizena
1 sdm tepung terigu serba guna
1/2 sdt lada
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Sambal Matah
3 sdm minyak kelapa panas
5 cabe rawit
6 bawang merah
3 daun jeruk
1/2 sdt terasi
2 sereh bagian putih
1.5 sdm perasan jeruk
1/4 sdt garam

Telur ceplok

[ENGLISH]
Hakka fried pork belly is a dish made with pork flavoured with red fermented bean curd coated with corn starch.
Sambal matah, also called Balinese Raw Sambal, is a sambal originated from Bali made from chilies, shallots, kaffir lime leaves and other ingredients poured with hot coconut oil
The combination of the two dishes gives a great taste

Marinate ingredients
400 grams pork belly (skin off)
1 cube red fermented beancurd and 1 tbsp its juice
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tsp corriader powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp finely minced garlic
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp mushroom broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp white pepper
The oil for frying

Sambal Matah ingredients
3 tbsp hot coconut oil
5 bird's eye chilies
6 shallots
3 kaffir lime leaves
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
2 stalks lemongrass (white part only)
1.5 tbsp limejuice
1/4 tsp salt

Serve with
Fried eggs
Steamed rice
