Add finely chopped onion and peanuts and fry well.Add tomatoes, green peas and potatoes to it and fry them all in oil.Wash one and a half cups of Indrayani rice, drain all the water from it, add the rice and fry it well.Add hot water to it, add salt as required, mix all the ingredients well, add a little lemon juice and mix, then cover the cooker and cook for three whistles on medium flame. Prepare this spice rice.This spicy rice from the wedding row is prepared in such a way that after the spiced rice is cooked, finely chopped coriander is added to it.
Recipe for making broken moong and mutt Pour water into a pan, add salt and turmeric, add the broken rice and cook for three to four minutes until it comes to a boil, then transfer to another pan.Add oil and fry all the peanuts in it, then add mustard seeds, one teaspoon cumin seeds and finely chopped onion. Fry until the onion turns red.Add seven to eight curry leaves, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder and fry in oil.Then add finely chopped tomatoes and coriander to it.Add the cooked grains, cover and cook on high flame, keep it well covered and add the tomato puree and finely chopped coriander.This porridge is prepared in this way.This porridge is prepared in this way.
Recipe for making spinach bhaji After washing the spinach with water,In a bowl, take gram flour, add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, then soda and zero egg, add water properly and mix the batter as required.Then heat the oil in a pan and dip this water in gram flour and fry it on high flame.Spinach bhaji is ready.
