"REAL LIFE ON SOCIAL SECURITY" Food Pantry Apple Cake! ⚠️ Video Is Blurry/Camera Problems

Recipe:
4 small apples, peeled & cored
7 Tbls melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Dash of Cinnamon
Walnuts (optional)

Peel & Dice apples & set aside. Melt butter, beat eggs & add sugar & butter & blend. Sift flour with baking powder & add to the mixture. Add apples & vanilla extract to batter & stir. Pour into greased pan, cover with chopped Walnuts & bake at 360 degrees for 45 min until center is done. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar
