Shadow Work Self Reflection Art Activity |Therapeutic Art Journaling

Описание к видео Shadow Work Self Reflection Art Activity |Therapeutic Art Journaling

In this shadow work self-reflection art activity journal prompt we will use a watercolour technique called wax relief to hold space for the aspects of our personality that we deny, or ignore potentially repress. By using a white oil pastel on paper to fill the space invisibly with the elements of our shadow self we will then shed light on them as we reveal them with the addition of watercolour painting. At the end of the video, you'll be guided through some critical self-reflection prompts to bring about insight, release and closure.

If you try this activity I'd love to know how it went. Please let me know in the comments!
