THE CRITICAL PATH METHOD EXPLAINED AND APPLIED TO CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, PROJECT MANAGEMENT TIPS #5

In the project management tips video, I explain and define the critical path method and how it is applied and used in construction projects. The CPM is often misunderstood or has never been fully explained to those people that manage projects which often causes misunderstandings and problems. I also go over both the advantages and disadvantages to the CPM.
