ADD NOODLES TO SALTED BOILING WATER
DREDGE SLICED BEEF IN FLOUR AND SAUTE IN PAN WITH OLIVE OIL

ADD THE REST OF THE BUTTER IN SAME PAN AND ADD ONION AND SAUTE

ADD MUSHROOMS AND SUATE EVERYTHING UNTIL COOKED
ADD COOKED BEEF BACK TO PAN AND CONTINUE TO SAUTE
ADD 1 TO 2 TABLESPOONS OF FLOUR TO MIXTURE AND COOK
ADD BEEF BROTH AND CONTINUE TO COOK
ADD WORCESTERSHIRE AND DIJON
LOWER TEMPERATURE AND ADD SOUR CREAM AND MIX WELL
TURN OFF HEAT AND DRAIN NOODLES IF COOKED
PLATE NOODLES AND ADD MEAT MIXTURE ON TOP
YOU CAN ALSO MIX NOODLES AND MEAT MIXTURE TOGETHER AND SERVE
