चिन्ताको सर्वोत्तम औषधि भनेको परमेश्वरको राज्यको खोजी गर्नु हो। परमेश्वरले हामीलाई चिन्ता गरेर जिउने किसिमले बनाउनुभएको होइन, तर उहाँको भलाइमा रमाहट साथ भरोसा गरेर जिउन बनाउनुभएको हो । मानिसले चिन्ता गरेर आफ्नो आयुमा एक सेकेन्ड पनि थप्न सक्दैन। एउटा व्यक्तिको जीवनमा परमेश्वरको राज्य खोज्नु प्रमुख प्राथमिकतामा हुनुपर्छ। परमेश्वरले विश्वासद्वारा काम गर्नुहुन्छ, तर चिन्ता गर्नु विश्वासको कमीको चिन्ह हो। यसले हामीलाई परमेश्वरको प्रबन्धबाट बाहिर निकाल्छ। जब हामी परमेश्वर बिना आफ्नै साम्राज्य निर्माण गर्ने प्रयास गर्छौं तब हामी चिन्ताको सिकार हुन्छौं। तर, जब पहिले परमेश्वरको राज्य खोज्छौं, हामीले चिन्ता लिनु पर्ने कुनै कुरा हुँदैन किनभने परमेश्वरले नै हामीलाई सफल हुनको लागि आवश्यक सबै कुराहरू प्रदान गर्नुहुन्छ। हामी प्रार्थना, आराधना, सुसमाचार प्रचार, र आफ्नो जीवन मार्फत खाँचोमा परेकाहरूसँग परमेश्वरको प्रेम बाँडेर उहाँको राज्यको खोजी गर्न सक्छौँ।

The best medicine for anxiety is seeking the kingdom of God. God did not design us to live in worry but by joyfully trusting in His goodness. A man cannot add a single second to his life by worrying. Seeking the Kingdom of God in a person's life must be in the first priority. God works through faith, but worrying is a sign of a lack of faith. It pulls us out of the provision of God. We become victims of anxiety when we try to build our own empire without God. But, when we seek the kingdom of God first, there is nothing for us to worry about since God provides us with everything we need to succeed. We seek His Kingdom through prayer, worship, preaching the good news, and sharing the love of God with the needy through our life.
