JJM 22 Dean Lister - Kneebar From Half Guard Bottom.

We visited Dean Lister at Victory MMA in sunny San Diego, CA and he gave us some tips and showed us new tricks for devastating leg locks. Here Dean demonstrates a kneebar from the half-guard position. You can check out more of the techniques Dean showed us in issue 22 of Jiu-Jitsu Magazine.

Dean is a is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt who won the 2003 ADCC (the world's most prestigious submission wrestling/Nogi event) in the open weight division. He has a background in wrestling, experience in Sambo, and has competed in MMA for the top organizations.
