Group 1: 2 Ingredients (For Color & Spice)
Guntur Chilli - 1/4 kg ( 200nos)
Byadagi Chilli - 1/4 kg ( 200nos)

Group 2: 5 Ingredients (For Taste)
Coriander Seeds - 1/2 Kg
Jeera - 1/4 Kg
Mustard Seeds - 3 Tbsp
Methi Seeds - 3 Tbsp
Curry Leaves - 1 handfull

Group 3: 5 ingredients ( For Sambar Thickness)
Channa dal (ಕಡ್ಲೆ ಬೇಳೆ)- 3 Tbsp
Toor Dal (ತೊಗರಿ ಬೇಳೆ) - 3 Tbsp
Urad Dal ( ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆ) - 3 Tbsp
Fried Gram (ಹುರಿಕಡಲೆ) - 3 Tbsp
Moong Dal(ಹೆಸರು ಬೇಳೆ ) - 3 Tbsp

Group 4 : 3 Ingredients (For Extra Flavour ) - Optional
Turmeric Powder - 3 Tbsp
Cinnamon - 8 inches
Clove - 2 Tbsp
