Presonus Studiolive 32SC audio cuts out after 3 seconds

I’m encountering a technical issue with my brand-new Presonus StudioLive mixer, which is only a month and a half old. I’m facing problems with audio routing, and now there's no playback from my Mac into the mixer.

The mixer functions properly as a standalone unit, playing instruments through the mixer to my monitor speakers. However, when trying to play audio from my studio setup, it plays for a few seconds and then stops. This issue also occurs on a new MacBook Air running macOS Sonoma 14.6.1.

I have already checked security and privacy and allowed full disk access to the Universal Control.

I have tested this in a new user
I have also tested this with a brand new MacBook Air with all drivers fully updated.

Issue persist on all devices so it looks like it may be the mixer itself

I’ve already followed the basic troubleshooting steps on the Presonus website, including updating the firmware for both the StudioLive mixer and Universal Control. This is also the third time I’ve had to reset the mixer due to these routing issues.

I also have a support ticket open with Presonus and am awaiting their response.

If anyone has any solutions, I’d appreciate your input as I’m eager to resolve this quickly.
