Teddy Bear Cake Tutorial

TIP!
When making your frosting for piping fur, add meringue powder into your frosting so it hardens. This prevents the constant danger of the fur being nudged and squished as well as prevents it from sagging if it's in a warm room.

White Almond Sour Cream Wedding Cake
Ingredients
1 (18 oz) boxes white cake mix
1 cup cake flour
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 cups water
1/8 cup veggie oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup sour cream
4 large egg whites

Directions
1 Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir together with a whisk.
2. Mix all wet ingredients (except water) in large mixing bowl.
3. Mix dry ingredients into bowl of wet ingredients, interchanging with the water, so it never gets too dry or watery.
4. Pour into greased cake pans, filing each pan a little less than half full.
Bake for about 35 minutes at 350 degrees. It may take longer but just bake them until you can insert a toothpick into the middle and have it come out clean.
