The Puma Fuse 2.0 is the latest cross-training shoe to debut from Puma. In the cross-training shoe world, the Puma Fuse training shoe line is known for its budget-friendly pricing.

The original Puma Fuse training shoe was pretty hit or miss for lifters. Some lifters loved it, while others disliked sizing and durability. While it wasn't a perfect shoe, I liked the Puma Fuse but felt there were a lot of ways it could be improved.

When the Puma Fuse 2.0 came out, I was excited to put them to the test. Below, I'll cover various topics to help you decide if the Puma Fuse 2.0 is right for you.

Across the board, I thought the Puma Fus 2.0 did a good job in all of my training tests.

It also seems like Puma tried to improve the Puma Fuse 2.0 in areas where the original Fuse fell short, which I'm a fan of.

That being said and while I like this shoe, this model is still not going to be your best bet for serious lifting and CrossFit, and you may want to explore more specific training shoes in those contexts.
