It's gathered using various methods, from satellite technology and aircraft to sensors carried around by people and even underwater technology. Earth observation could be worth $700 billion in economic opportunities by 2030.

At 2˚C of global warming, climate risks could cost India 6.4% of its GDP by 2100. 3˚C of warming would shrink India’s economy by 10% and push 50 million people in India back into poverty. But while India’s dependence on nature raises the urgency of these threats, nature can also play a big role in providing the solution.

The bluefin’s recovery is a fantastic success story. Overfishing had depleted stocks of the tuna. Latest figures show that in 2022, spawning bluefin reached 23.2% of their unfished potential, smashing the target 10 years ahead of schedule.
