Why is This Sharpie Marker Selling for $80?

The Sharpie Stainless Steel Fine Point Permanent Marker is currently selling for $79.99 on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2H0vHDb . They are selling for between $80 and $100 on Ebay. They are $135 at something called Fishpond.com. What. The. Heck.

Sadly, the Stainless Steel Sharpie Permanent Marker was discontinued in 2016 so prices for it have skyrocketed to about 10x the original selling price. A bundle of these would have been a pretty solid investment!

And, to be clear, this is the Sharpie Stainless Steel Fine Point Permanent Marker ( 1747388 ) that has exploded in price, not the Sharpie Stainless Steel Pen ( 1800702 ) which is still made today.
