How to fix loose LAMY Safari Cap (and disassemble Safari Cap) (text narration only)

Описание к видео How to fix loose LAMY Safari Cap (and disassemble Safari Cap) (text narration only)

In this video, I'm going to demonstrate the how to fix a loose Cap on Lamy Safari. Sometimes, the Lamy safari cap's snapping will feel weak / loose as time goes by. The capping feel of safari is mainly coming from the inner cap mating with the pen's section. So by retightening the inner cap, we can improve the cap snapping feel, making it feels sharp and precise as when you got a new pen.

In order to do that, you've to:
1. disassemble the safari's cap in order to extract the inner cap.
2. wrap a layer or 2 cellophane tape around the mouth of inner in order to reinforce and retighten it.
3. reassemble the cap.

This video also shows how to disassemble the safari's cap.
