Global 2020s Decade-End List (Updated to: 12/02/2023)

Hi. New update to the Global decade-end list, up to the latest chart available (chart dated to 12/02/2023). As a reminder due to being christmas season: all festive songs are excluded from these rankings.

The following video aims to represent the best charting songs throughout the 2020s following their weekly positions on Billboard's Global 200 list, as well as Spotify's Global chart for the first eight months of 2020. As we're currently in the fourth year of the current decade, solely the top 40 songs up to this point in time have been included.

This list uses an inverse-point system, in which songs at no.1 gain the greatest amount of points, while songs at no. 100 gain the least (songs below 100 do not gain any points). Each week is weighted differently following the turnover rate of songs at the top, in order to balance and equally represent each time-period.
