Instructions:
1. 0:10 Record a monotonous voice sample, noise remove if needed (    • Audacity Noise Removal Beginner Tutorial   ), trim, normalize

4. 0:45 [Select 2nd track] Effect/Vocoder (same except: Frequency 70Hz)
5. 0:54 [Select 3rd track] Effect/Vocoder (same except: Frequency 80Hz)
6. 0:58 [Select 4th track] Effect/Vocoder (same except: Frequency 90Hz)
7. 1:02 [Select all tracks] "Tracks/Mix and Render" (ctrl+m), Normalize to -0.01dB
