In memory of Dr. Hage G. Geingob

Today, Namibia honours the legacy of the late President Hage G. Geingob on what would have marked his 83rd birthday.

Geingob died on the 4th of February 2024, leaving a nation in mourning.

At the time, many descended on the family home, Casa Rosalia, to express their condolences to the family.

Geingob was remembered as a visionary leader, a passionate advocate for unity, and a mentor who inspired countless individuals. His warmth and dedication to the nation left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege to know him.

As we remember him today, we celebrate his legacy and the indelible mark he has left on our hearts and our country.
