Onboard my last ever TUI Boeing 757 flight. This was filmed just 9 days before the 757's are completely withdrawn from the TUI fleet. With their retirement from TUI will also mark the last 757 to the island of Skiathos. TUI/Thomson are the only remaining operator of them that fly to Skiathos after the collapse of both Thomas Cook & Monarch who previously served the island with 757's.
It being late September with the summer season drawing to a close the return flight back to Birmingham was exceptionally busy. Didn't spot an empty seat anywhere once we were on the move. A stunning departure from JSI's RWY19 towards the south. So instead of jetblasting the tourists, we took off towards them before turning to the left and coming back on ourselves over the top of the airport and over the island and climbing towards the mainland. A pretty spectacular day for flying it has to be said, hardly any clouds all the way across Europe until we reached Northern France. So some stunning views up the Croatian coastline and over the Alps.
Lots of cities and airports visible down below, which are highlighted on screen in the video.
Descent over the south coast, near Hastings. By passing Gatwick & Heathrow over London and through the cloud coverage for a speedy arrival on Birmingham's northerly runway 33. Once on the ground you can see a shiny new DHL 757 outside the hangar. This is what is in store for many of the TUI 757's. They are undergoing conversions to become freighter aircraft, like the one you can see. Newly painted in DHL's yellow & red scheme.

As always by *Full Flight I do not mean a several hour long video of nothing. I simply mean the video includes all stages of the flight from start to finish. All the interesting, good bits!

Thanks for watching this video onboard this stunning 757!
