INGREDIENTS For The Chicken:
Chicken thighs 2 LB
Cooking Oil 4 Tbsp
Vinegar 6 to 8 Tbsp
Garlic powder 2 Tbsp
Onion powder 1 Tbsp
Ginger powder 1/2 Tbsp
Salt 1 Tsp or to taste
Black pepper 1/2 Tsp
Shan Tandoori masala 3 Tbsp (This packet of very important seasonings mix is available at any Asian/Desi Grocery store in the USA and this is the secret ingredient)
Egg shade color 8 Tbsp ( This food color is available at any super market with the name of "Chef's Quality Egg Shade Food Color" in the USA)
Mix everything cover it and put the Chicken in the refrigerator for minimum 2 hours or longer, I suggest overnight.

INGREDIENTS For The Rice:
Sella Rice 2.5 cups ( Sella Rice needs to soak for minimum 1 hour)
Cumin seeds 1 Tsp
Salt 1 Tbsp or to taste
Coriander powder 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala 1 pinch (This masala is available at any Asian/desi grocery store/ Walmart, Target stores in the USA)
1 Chicken Cube (Maggi or Knorr brand)
Gravy Master 1 Tbsp (This is available at any grocery store in the USA with the name of "Chef's Quality Gravy Master" and this is very important ingredient for the rice, this is also a secret ingredient)
Cooking Oil 5 Tbsp.
Water 3 Cups

INGREDIENTS For The White Sauce:
Mayonnaise 2 Cups
Garlic Powder 1 Tbsp
Dill Weed 1/2 Tsp
Black pepper 1/2 Tsp
Sugar 3 or 4 pinch
Vinegar 2/3 cup

INGREDIENTS For The Red Hot Sauce:
Red Chili powder 1 cup
Vinegar 2 cups
Garlic powder 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 Tsp or to taste
Cooking Oil 1/4 cup
Egg shade color 3 to 6 Tbsp
Water as thickness desired.

Other INGREDIENTS:
Bell pepper 1 cup
Onion 1/2 cup chopped
Romaine lettuce/ Iceberg lettuce
Tomatoes 1/2 cup
