Begin by sitting on a mat upright with affected leg propped.

You can use a book, a pillow, or a large towel.

Heel must be high enough so that the thigh and calf muscle are off the ground.

Next, lay the knee relaxed into extension.

You can also assist by placing your hand just above the knee and gently pressing down towards the floor.

Hold for 10 seconds and breathe.

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.

Slowly return to start position.

Do two sets of three repetitions twice a day for five days a week.
