Preparing Nigerian Pepper Soup for Nigerian Igbo Meeting in Obodo Oyibo.

❤ Ingredients:
The truth is that I could not keep a tab of specific quantities of some ingredients while cooking but here we go:
5kg (11 lbs) of beef, shaki, liver and heart
4 medium tubers of yam
4 table spoons ehu
6 big seasoning cubes (beef flavour)
1 bell pepper
Habanero pepper (to your taste)
Salt (to your taste)
Scent leaves: add and watch the distribution, and add more if necessary. Usually the green veg is scantily distributed in pepper soup.
