Hello, friends. I am Nukebrush and today we are going to make imperial Infantry Fighting Vehicle "the Chimera" from BlackCatCartel.
No one wants to feel the attention or (Emperor protect!) the wrath of the Holy Inquisition. Black ships and military machines of the Emperor's agents cause panic and instill fear even in the most loyal of the Imperium's inhabitants. However, as the Inquisitors themselves say - "if you are loyal to the Emperor, you have nothing to fear." So the only ones to be afraid of are heretics, witches and other xenos. And identifying such enemies of the Imperium is precisely the direct task and duty of the Inquisitor (with the help of Faith in the Emperor). Of course, such investigations do not always take place peacefully and calmly, so in battle the Inquisitor, in addition to Faith, also relies on the help of loyal servants (retinues). Various combat vehicles are called upon to deliver such a retinue to the battlefield, but perhaps the most common is the Chimera IFV. It is reliable, fast machine, which has good firepower and, of course, is improved for the needs of the Inquisitor,. Painted black and armed to the teeth, the Chimera brings terror and death to the enemies of loyal humanity.
This modern version of the Chimera is painted in the traditional black and red colors of the Inquisition and marked with the appropriate decals with the characteristic "I". In addition, in this video you will see the solutions to such questions: how to apply highlights on black paint? how to paint the tracks with less rust? how to improve the triplexes with holographic film? etc. Also, you will see as well - making chips, usage of washes, and lots and lots of weathering.
Hope you like it!)
