HOW TO START A FISH TANK AQUARIUM

Just a video of how set up my fish tanks by jump starting my nitrogen cycle. I do this by swapping bio media. I will put the old bio media in my fluval 110s for 1-2 weeks and have the filters run. With in that time period they beneficial bacteria should colonize the sponge filter at the bottom of the hang on the back filter. Once I feel thats complete I will swap my bio media again. If I did not do this, I would have to cycle my tank from scratch and that would take a lot of time.
